Embarrassing Habits People Admit

You didn’t waste that time you just haven’t gave yourself time to genuinely sit back and give yourself the flowers you deserve. You are enough. Struggling with having a healthy relationship with your body is so real but learn to accept yourself for the way you are because your body has done so much for you and you’re better off learning how to embrace it whether you keep it the same or change because you’re stuck with yourself forever. Incorporate days where you just wander around your area, take interests in things and places you never thought to before. Find things that help you stop and live in the moment. Chasing after an aesthetic isn’t necessary especially if it’s causing you harm, you are your own aesthetic 🥰. If your relationship with your mom is capable of improving try that and if not then accept the fact that family doesn’t automatically mean they’re good people, or worthy of someone as beautiful as you. Just because you and your style are changing doesn’t mean you don’t know yourself, you’re just figuring what works and what doesn’t and that’s okay! Life is trial and error, you’re going to have to get it wrong so many times before you get it right. You can try going back to that version of yourself or becoming a different but improved version of yourself, but staying in the past will not help you move forward and make you soak in the present. Try finding things that stabilize your anxiety as well. I’m so proud of you! I see you 🫂. If you ever feel like you have to question if something was worth it or not ask yourself “was I fulfilled by this?” “What value does it add to me and my life?”. Try online spaces or local events. Trust me there’s community everywhere. Please be kind to yourself it’s what you need and deserving of.

I’m in the same boat girl ❤️ I’m glad to know there’s someone else going thru something similar to me 🥺
